Rye Field Model RM-5116 M1279 JLTV Utility (UTL) Military Vehicle 1/35 Scale Model Kit

The M1280 JLTV (Joint Light Tactical Vehicle) is a modern American light tactical vehicle. The first prototypes of the car were made in 2005, and the small-series production started in 2016. The drive is provided by a single motor Gale Banks Engineering 866T with a capacity of 6.6 liters. The maximum speed is estimated at approx. 110 km / h. The presented vehicle was developed in-house Oshkosh Defense for the needs of the US armed forces. It is assumed that the JLTV vehicles (in various versions and variants) will partially replace the increasingly worn-out vehicles from the HUMVEE family.
