Tamiya 31113 Japanese Battleship Yamato 1/700 Scale Model Kit
This is Tamiya's 1/700 scale plastic model of the Japanese Battleship Yamato. The Yamato the largest battleship of the Japanese Navy was completed in December 1941. Tamiya employed the latest technology to recreate the Yamato as she moved towards Okinawa on her final mission. The flare of the bow and the armor belts along the sides, along with her main turrets, secondary 15.5 cm gun turrets, and anti-aircraft armament, including 12.7 cm gun mounts, are accurately replicated. Parts also show rangefinders, radars, and cranes to allow for a detailed finish.
