ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees on said payment method as well as taxes and other charges incurred. Hobbywürks reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will be charged upon ordering and your order will be shipped within the time stated on the product specific page or mentioned under the Payment & Shipping Policy pages of the website.

Your order may be cancelled due to, but not limited to, quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or credit or fraud problems. Hobbywürks will contact you if any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is canceled after we have received payment, Hobbywürks will issue a credit by the charged payment method for the amount of the charge.

ORDER QUANTITY LIMITATIONS

Hobbywürks reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied.

PAYMENT, SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Hobbywürks accept major credit cards as forms of payment on orders shipping from our website. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime phone number. If the billing address or security code does not match that which is on file at your financial institution or if authorization is not approved for any reason, Hobbywürks reserves the right to cancel the order without notification. Issues with payment authorization must be resolved by the customer, and the goods reordered.

Products sold by Hobbywürks are subject to tax in accordance with the laws of the shipping destination.

Hobbywürks partners with carriers USPS and UPS to provide economical and reliable shipping options to fulfill your order. Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been shipped with the carrier.
