The F/A-18E/F Super Hornet is a larger and more advanced variant of the F/A-18C/D Hornet. An early version was marketed by McDonnell Douglas as Hornet 2000 in the late 1980s. The Hornet 2000 concept was an advanced version of the F/A-18 with a larger wing, longer fuselage to carry more fuel and more powerful engines. The F/A-18E also maintains air superiority with the latest generation of air-to-air missiles. This kit includes 738 parts for assembling the F/A18E in 1/32 scale. This model faithfully recreates the F/A-18E Super Hornet, a larger and more advanced variant of the F/A-18C/D Hornet, with two paint schemes. The fully assembled model is 57.1cm long and 42.5cm wide.
