Description:
Tiger-I (VER. Mid), 70TH Anniversary Invasion Of Normandy.
Deployed on the Eastern Front during the Second World War, the German Tiger I was developed to counter the powerful Russian T-34. Many improvements were implemented, many suggested by crew members of the Tiger I, which included replacing the commander's turret cupola and applying a Zimmerit coating on the hull. Tiger Is produced from 1943 to early 1944 featured these improvements and are known as "mid-production" Tiger Is, with roughly 470 produced. This kit with over 360 plastic parts faithfully recreates the Tiger-I, Version Mid, honoring the 70th Anniversary Invasion of Normandy. When fully assembled, this 1/35 scale model is 24.1cm long and 8.63cm tall.
